We've had the same issue and resorted to resaving images as PNG.

Hopefully with more users reporting this issue, Affino will look at this closer for us.

I understand that you are trying to upload an image to the Media Items screen, is this so?

Or are you trying to upload the image to an article/section or channel?

Good morning John,

Most of time, the issue lies in the image itself (since the Affino security layer does not accept the file for some reason).

Simply resaving and renaming the image works for these cases.

If you encounter an issue, please raise it in your dedicated support forum.
