Hi Kevin, 

Yes it does get deleted.  If you wanted to keep that information you could create a corresponding topic for the legacy radio values and import them against the user first before deleting the old question.  You can use the topic based user import to do this.

You can also hide the legacy question by securing it with an internal admin right.

Hi Sue,

I don't see an option to use our admin right for securing the question. We have 14 security groups but the dropdown only shows me 8 (of which 1 is "logged in" the others are zone specific

I can see the Admin content security right on the demographic question, possibly you need to refresh the control centre using the icon in the bottom left corner (opposite the logout button)?
