Did you try changing the interface text from the app bar?

It's the T button on the app bar on each screen. Click on it and scroll to the text then edit.

That should be a Text Item on the app bar on the bottom left

I see it, thanks. btw, there's no visible scroll bar on that app bar.

There will be when scrolling, it depends on your browser settings I believe.

Possibly the browsers have been updated to not show the scoll in this context any more.
