As this is a community help page, I thought I'd mention I'm not getting any sound on that page using Edge or on my mobile using chrome.
Have you tried clearing your browser cache down?
Also, have you checked your site out on mobile, may need some adjustment on the banner text.

If you want to have the sounds muted you will need to change the IFRAME src URL according to the Streamable website:
support.streamable.com/article/61-advanced-embedding
We've checked the (2020 - The Pineapples Video Banner) Design Script code and it's causing some broken HTML.
It appears that the VIDEO tag is not closed or it has an extra DIV tag instead (the VIDEO tag can be removed as the video is loaded using an IFRAME below). You can review and amend the code as needed.
Note: an older version (8.0.35.14) of Affino is running on the instance
