We have a problem exporting, on Active Tasks, nothing is processing.

Good morning Alex,

 

I was able to perform a small Account Export.

 

The task was generated and completed, this can be seen on the Active Tasks screen.

 

Can you please test again and let me know what export screen and settings you are using?

This is still not working.

 

Exports stuck on 0 records processed.

Hi Alex,

 

As mentioned in my previous post, I will need to know the screen you are exporting from, its URL and the settings used.

 

Note: my test was performed on the Agriconnect instance (screenshots), FG Insight is not reachable.

Im testing to see why the exports have stopped working given that they should be active since my penultimate reply.

 

I will see to this as high priority this morning.
