We have a problem exporting, on Active Tasks, nothing is processing.

I was able to perform a small Account Export.
The task was generated and completed, this can be seen on the Active Tasks screen.
Can you please test again and let me know what export screen and settings you are using?

Exports stuck on 0 records processed.

As mentioned in my previous post, I will need to know the screen you are exporting from, its URL and the settings used.
Note: my test was performed on the Agriconnect instance (screenshots), FG Insight is not reachable.
