Hi, I'm seeing Step - Problem with order on some abandoned baskets. But I can't find a definition of what it means and how I might resolve it. Please can you help?

I see that there are Baskets such as this one (171) which present the 'Step: Problem with Order'.
That Step occurs after you have chosen the Payment:
