Hi, does anyone have an integration that is working on reducing voluntary churn?

Out of the box Affino doesn't offer anything (that I can see) in terms of voluntary churn flows. We get no information on why someone is choosing to cancel, or to make them an offer to stay.

We currently use churnbuster but this really just does retries and a few emails on involuntary churn.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
