We are adding Security Group to the Auto-assign Contacts panel. This means you can automatically maintain a contact list with combinations of Topics, Permissions and Security Groups without the need to export and re-import users. 

Anyone who doesn't match the assignment criteria is automatically removed overnight so you have an up-to-date list each day.

If you need to do this urgently, you have the option to click the Manually Run Scheduled Task button on the Contact List. Note: you must have Auto Assign Contacts enabled to see this and it may impact your site performance if used at busy times.

You can also filter contacts within the Contact List and use the Remove from list action.
