The user count currently gives the user count for a given day and therefore selecting a multi-day range gives an artificially high count as the same user returning on multiple days is treated as multiple users.
The request is to change this so the number of users over a selected time frame is exactly that, removing repeat visits from the calculation.
Yes I've also noticed this. Would be good to get a unique count for the filter period

We are doing a lot of intelligence work derived from the Analysis Dashboard and the unique user figure for a filtered period is crucial, but currently for anything beyond a day it is misleading.
What are the conditions required to give this data point greater fidelity?
