Control > Structure > Channels > (Add/Edit) > Topic URL Filtering

Control > Publish > Topic Lists > Taxonomy

You need to enable Topic URL Filtering on the Channel for Topic URL's to work.

Note: the Topic must be from the Taxonomy selected on the Zone.

Example topic: Blue
