If you want to avoid slowness on your server then we suggest the following:

1.- Do not run large data exports at the same time as sending messages

Avoid scheduling these around each other. Running exports in the evening or mornings and not during peak periods is best advised.

2.-  Alter the Message Storage Time Frame settings

You can make your message sends less intensive by controling the amount of data you keep for them.

The Message Storage Time Frame panel on the CRM Settings screen allows you to set the number of months to store Auto Renewal Campaign, Newsletter, Notification and Promotional Campaign messages  After the set amount of time, the message and associated data are be deleted.

Note: Historic data can slow down functions. If you can limit the amount of data that is saved then site/server performance can be improved.
