Conversion Events only apply to Identified and Authenticated users.
In the case where a user is logged in, then proceeds to log out, the user still has an active browser session.
The browser remembers the user, despite no being logged in.
This is because of the session cookie from when the user was logged in.
While logged out, the user may read content and reach the metering wall.
Since Affino knows who the user is, it triggers the related conversion event.
The above scenario would apply to an Identified user (not logged in but recognized by Affino).
Authenticated users will always trigger conversion events related to metering.
