If a user already exists in the CRM as a Non-Member or a Full Member, Affino will immediately assign the gift to the contact.
If a gift recipient is not yet registered on your site they will be automatically created by Affino as a Non-Member after you go ahead with the purchase.
Non Member users do not have a password since they are not formally registered, so performing a password reset will not work. The gift recipient will have to register in order for their non-member user to change into a Full Member, only then will they be able to login.
