Site Search and Scoped Search needs Cloud Search in order to function, and Cloud Search is not enabled on staging instances.

This also includes any Event listing where Upcoming and Past events are shown.

Note: Cloud Search is used for most search forms on the display side (scoped, site, product, forum, etc)
