The Order Line Item Report lists out each line item from all sales orders by order number.

Each line can be viewed, sorted and ticked off as actioned.

The Orders screen allows you to manage and review all online and pro forma orders.

This is not a sales report, it is used to search for orders based on the many filters that Affino has at your disposal.

The Sales Invoice Export allows you to export sales invoices by order line items for a given year, broken down into 12 months.

This report will enable you to see who has previously bought a particular product type (e.g. advertising) but not purchased the item recently.

The Promotions Report lets you view the success of coupons by number of subscriptions and value.

This report shows the number and percentage of subscription cancellations per stop code for a given period.

The Subscription Expiry Report displays renewal and deflection rates for subscriptions due to expire in a given month.

The Deferred Income Report shows revenue received (cash in), the amount that is deferred across each month of the subscription period, its corresponding liability and when the revenue is released (earned revenue).

Exports subscribers by Edition, Subscription, Order, Catalogue Items or Mailing Lists.

This report displays order line items grouped by tax codes for a given tax period.

This export summarises the total value of goods, grouped by their relative tax code.

The Articles Report helps you to compare the effectiveness, lifetime value and engagement for each article you publish.

The Converting Articles Report analyses which articles performed well and led to a purchase.
