Finance Reporting Guide

The Account Export screen allows you to export Accounts (company) information from Affino. You can filter by Account Type and Keyword.

To export a specific group of accounts you will want to tag them. This can be done on the account detail, from the account listing, or by doing an Account Keyword import.

It is possible to export your Opportunities from Affino. Simply go to the Opportunities listing, do a search and then click the Export button to export the data.

It is possible to export your Order Summaries from Affino. Simply go to the Order listing, do a search and then click the Export button to export the data.

It is possible to export your Order Line Items from Affino. Simply go to the Order Line Items listing, do a search and then click the Export button to export the data.

The Sales Report allows you to create summary reports for all sales data.

You can then select what data you want to group by, the time frame and the time periods for the Sales Report and finally you can filter the content to just a subset.

Crucially you will also need to set up your product catalogue appropriately, with catalogue items mapped correctly on to each product line, product category etc. to ensure the up-stream reporting is correct. This might mean creating multiple specific variations of catalogue items rather than use a smaller subset of generic items.

Once you have the key overview report with the desired data you can click the Export button to export it.

As a preparation for that you will need to set up the key business information including: Business Units, Sales Teams, Product Lines and Product Categories.

For advanced crunching of data for export in Affino you should use the Sales Report.

The Tax Transaction Report allows you to view and export all the individual tax transactions.

You simply select the Store Profile you want to filter by, along with the timeframe and then send.

Once you’re happy you’ve to the right data set simply press Export to export the data.

The Tax Period Summary Export allows you to select a summary of the transactions that have taken place during a specific timeframe.

Simply select the Store Profile along with the Start and End dates.

The Deferred Income Report allows you to export the deferred income statement for any given year. it is possible to filter it by a specific store, Account or subscription plan.

The Sales Invoice Export allows you to export sales invoices by order line items.

You can filter by the Store Profile and the Year, as well as by specific catalogue items.

Export a Sage Audit Trail report for a given date range. This provides an export of orders, their value and tax amounts

Export a Sage Customer List report for a given date range. This provides a list of accounts created in Affino.
