Previous Order Report Guide

Overview

 

This report will enable you to see who has previously bought a particular product type (e.g. advertising) but not purchased the item recently.

 

The key purpose is to help you source new leads and identify likely sales targets across your entire product portfolio or help identify those who invested in previous years and are likely to re-book the current year. 

 

Results are listed by Account, showing the number of order line items and net value.

 

Filters

• Product Lines
• Product Categories
• Accounts
• Date From
• Date To
• Exclude Accounts if Purchase Made Since - i.e. accounts that have made a purchase since a given date

Multi-Currency

 

The Previous Orders Report supports multi-currency by showing the amounts from the Order Line Item.
