Sales Invoice Export Guide

Control > Commerce > Sales Invoice Export
The Sales Invoice Export allows you to export sales invoices by order line items for a given year, broken down into 12 months.
This report will only export paid orders, displaying net revenue.
You can export the data to a xlsx, csv or tsv file.
Filters
Year: Select the year for which you wish to export the data.
Catalogue Items: Select to filter invoices by catalogue items.
Columns
The following columns are present in the exported XLSX file:
- CatalogueID
- CatalogueItem
- SubscriptionPlan
- OrderNumber
- Currency
- JAN
- FEB
- MAR
- .
- .
- .
- OCT
- NOV
- DEC
The export also suppports multi-currencies by displaying a seperate row for each transaction paid in multi-currencies together with the Currency column.
