Overview
Control > Commerce > Sales Leaderboard
The Sales Leaderboard helps sales teams and individuals determine the:
- Total Monthly Sales
- Top Sales Teams
- Top Sales People
- Most Recent Sales
Filters
Use the Time Frame filters to refine your search:
- Current Week
- 7 Days
- Current Month
- Previous Month
- 30 Days
- Current Year
- 12 Months
- together with the Currency filter:
- GBP
- USD
- EUR
- etc (depending on your setup).
The above will display all currencies for orders up to the last 12 months.
Total Monthly Sales
The Total Monthly Sales chart shows Order Value for the Previous Year and Current Year for the same month.
If you hover over each point:
- you will see the values for each month (for the current and previous year).
Top Sales Teams
The Top Sales Team panel displays the total order value for each sales team, depending on the selected timeframe filter.
Top Sales People
The Top Sales People panel shows the total value of sales, based on the established timeframe filter, per sales rep.
It also displays the sales rep's:
- Sales Team
- Business Unit (if set)
- Number of Orders
Most Recent Sales
The Most Recent Sales panel displays each new sale by:
- Product
- Product Category
- Product Lines
- Value
- Account
