Service Credits allow users to add jobs to the recruitment channel. These can be assigned on the Control side or purchased on the display side.
You will need to:
Create Service Credit Plan
Create a Product / Catalogue Item
Add Service Credit Plan to the Catalogue Item
Configure Service Credit Profile
Assign Service Credits
Note that there is plenty of on-screen help when managing any of these elements so make sure you have both the introductory help panel expanded and turn on the help when editing any of the items.
Commerce > Service Credit Plans
Provide the following information:
Publish > Articles
Create a Service Credit product article. Provide the following information:
Click the Commerce icon to create an associated Catalogue Item
Commerce > Catalogue Item
You will need to tie the Service Credit Plan to this catalogue item. Provide the following information
Commerce > Catalogue Item > Service Credit Plans
Once you Save the Catalogue Item, you will reach the view screen.
On the Goods panel, click Add button at the bottom of the screen
Select the Service Credit Plan and relate the item
Commerce > Service Credit Profiles
Provide the following information:
Service Credits can be added to users on the Control side. You can also use Credits on behalf of users (i.e. assign Contacts to Recruitment Briefs)
Commerce > Service Credits
Click Add and provide the following information
Commerce > Service Credits > Use Credits
Click Use Credits button
Select a Contact
Select associated Article
Note
By selecting a Contact and then Article, only relevant articles created by the Contact (and ones that have not already been assigned Service Credits) will be display.
