Overview
Control > Commerce > Subscription Member Report
This report shows the number of contacts and active subscriptions for each Product Line, by Member Type or Country.
Note:
- Archived contacts are not included in the figures
- The Active Subscriptions must have a status of: Active, Active Awaiting Payment, Active Cancel, Active Renew (Active Pending is not included)
- No values will be displayed if there are no Active Subscriptions for a Product Line
- No values will be displayed if there are no Active Subscriptions for a Country or Member Type
Filters & Columns
Filters:
Group By
- Member Type
- Country
Columns:
- Member Type OR Country (depending on the Group By filter)
- Contacts: The number of contacts with this Member Type / Country
- Product Line: The number of active subscription for this Product Line
