Subscription Volume Report Guide

Use the following filters to refine the results:

• Subscription Plans: select one or more to report on
• Subscription Formats: choose between Digital, Digital and Print and Print 
• Month: toggle between selected months

The Subscription Plan column shows both paid and free subscriptions.

The Month column shows data 3 months ahead and 6 months back.

1.- The report searches for subscriptions that have a valid subscription date for each month

Note: Subscription Status is not taken into account as this can change and subscriptions can lapse

2.- The Start and End date of each subscription are used to determine whether these dates fall within the given month, including all overlapping subscriptions

Example: 

Feb 2024 will include the following 4 subscriptions:

• Subscription 1: 01 Feb 2024 - 28 Feb 2024 (within Feb 2024)
• Subscription 2: 01 Jan 2024 - 01 Feb 2024 (end date within Feb 2024)
• Subscription 3: 28 Feb 2024 - 28 Mar 2024 (start date within Feb 2024)
• Subscription 4: 01 Jan 2024 - 31 Dec 2024 (includes all of Feb 2024)

Note: Mar 2024 will include Subscription 3 and Subscription 4.
 
3.- The report includes subscriptions that have an associated order, only if the Order Status is set to Paid Full or Paid Partial and Payment Status of the Order is Paid or Awaiting Payment Confirmation
 
4.- The report does not include unassigned subscriptions

5.- Subscriptions where the Subscription Status is set to Suspended are not taken into account

Note: subscriptions with a Subscription Status of Cancelled are included only if the existing subscription is still active (only the renewal is cancelled).

6.- The Subscribers tab uses the same logic as above, with the following addition:

• The report calculates as 1 if a subscriber has multiple subscriptions within same month

Note: It is possible that a corporate subscription is all assigned to the same user, the Subscribers tab will just report on number of users
