There are many parts to building a recruitment site from setting up recruitment profiles, sectors, salaries and job briefs through to the candidate registration, application and matching of applications.
You will need to:
Note that there is plenty of on-screen help when managing any of these elements so make sure you have both the introductory help panel expanded and turn on the help when editing any of the items.
Before setting up the Recruitment Profile, set up the Salaries and Salary Ranges
Settings > Salaries
Add a salary with Name and Value for each Salary bracket.
Ensure you add salary values for annual and day rates
Settings > Salary Ranges
Create salary ranges for each annual ranges as well as day rates. These will be used in the Recruitment Profile and Recruitment Search Design Element.
Job functions can be added as a search filter. To do this create a parent topic and add the job function sub topics under this.
Publish > Topic Lists
Create the following topic structure for Job Functions

When users search for jobs with 3 different filters / criteria, they can select the 'Email Me Similar Jobs' checkbox so the system can notify them of similar jobs. The messages sent are created using a message campaign and message template.
Promote > Message Campaign
Create a message campaign of Premium Responsive Message Campaign Type
You can select any mailing list as the jobs will be sent as a Scheduled Task matching only those jobs that match a user's job preferences
Ensure the Filter By Mailing List checkbox is un-selected.
Promote > Message Templates
Create a Message Template. There is a placeholder {{__JOB_FUNCTION__}} that will output the Sector, Salary and Region from the Job Brief
Coupled with the following placeholders, you could send a message campaign to matching users with details of the Job, company and contact details.

The Recruitment Sector Profile allows you to configure a different set of criteria for each sector. When applied to the Channel, it will provide different sets of qualifications, experience, sector specific areas to tag the Job Brief with.

Here, you set attributes specific for each sector and a weighting of importance used for the search under the following headings:
You can add multiple rows of attributes so for Profession Qualifications (Accountancy and Finance Sector), you might add the following:

CIMA/CGMA
The Recruitment Profile is applied to the Zone, allowing you to configure the main / overall recruitment platform settings.

Provide the following information:

Select the Recruitment Profile
Note:
Some of the settings on the Recruitment Profile are used on an old template and not compatible with the Responsive Recruitment Brief and Recruitment Channel.
The Recruitment platform requires two Design Elements within the Design Object
Design > Design Objects
Add the following Design Elements to the Design Object
Design > Skins
Add the above Design Object to a Recruitment Skin
You'll need to create a parent Recruitment Channel for listing all jobs and Sub-Channels, one for each Recruitment Sector profile so that recruitment Job Briefs added to the Sub-Channel will have the correct sector attributes.
Structure > Channels
Create a Channel of Recruitment Type. Provide the following information:
Repeat this step for each Recruitment Sector and assign the relevant Recruitment Sector Profile

Ensure the Section that is automatically created with the Channel has the Recruitment Listing Presentation Style and all the Sub-Sections automatically multi-display into the parent Section

Each job is created using the Responsive Recruitment Brief article template. Place each article in their respective Sector Sub-Channel previously created
Publish > Responsive Recruitment Brief
Provide the following information:
It's possible to display your client's jobs onto their directory Page. This is done by matching the Account field on the Responsive Recruitment Brief to the Account field on the Responsive Directory article
Publish > Articles > Responsive Directory article
Under the Publication panel, ensure you have selected the Account of the Creator
Under the Directory Options panel, select the following field

Create a Content Security Right to secure the Media Channel and CVs
Create a Media Channel to house the candidate CVs
Structure > Channels
Create a Channel of Media Library type. Provide the following information:

On the Media Library Profile, ensure you have the following field selected
Set up Member Types linked to the registration process so that job seekers will be presented with the correct Recruitment Sector Profile. The profile will display relevant sector attributes for the job seeker to fill in on the demographic screen.

Create a Member Type for each Recruitment Sector. Provide the following information:

On the Registration Profile, select the above Member Types created

The CV fields on the Demographic Profile enables you to capture CV information on registration, used on the Candidate Search. This is different to when candidate apply to a particular job where they have the opportunity to upload their CV directly.

The public profile displays the Job Seeker's CV depending on whether the viewer has the correct Content Security Right.

Please note there are two settings named Show CV File. The second one is for Classic
Service Credits allow user to add jobs to the platform from the Display side.
This is useful if you have third party recruiters or if you don't want your editors to access the control side.
If you create jobs internally, you can simply create and publish Responsive Recruitment Briefs from the Control side as normal.
