The first Virtual Roundtable of 2021 will be dedicated to Media Businesses and and how they can more efficiently and effectively onboard and leverage customer value.
NOTE : Event postponed to late May - owing to Coronavirus / Covid-19.
At last year’s PPA IPN Awards two of the featured presenters raised the reality that 90% of retention happens within the first 90 to 100 days of subscription. Any efforts after those days will only influence the final 10% and yield diminishing returns.
Affino has a host of automated tools to help drive retention, including conversion events, message campaigns, and the subscription renewal profile.
The round table will explore a brief case study into how best to leverage Affino’s automation capabilities, and the sharing of ideas for what works and doesn’t work for the participants. There’s also an exploration of what can be improved in Affino to take those elements even further forward.

The Roundtable takes place at Affino's usual central London venue - One Alfred Place. The venue is found half way up Tottenham Court Road, off Store Street, and near to Goodge Street Station. Tottenham Court Road Station is close also (5 mins walk to the south).
