Susan Kerrigan

As the Head of Projects at Affino,  I am responsible for overseeing our agile project management methodology within the Projects Team.   I manage multiple complex Projects from concept through to delivery and am charged with ensuring our Clients' Projects are delivered on time and within budget.

I strive for excellence at all phases within our Project's Lifecycles,  with a particular emphasis on effective client communication, quality assurance and best practice.

I have many years experience within the Global Publishing Industry, primarily with Thomson Reuters where I was a Senior Project Manager responsible for the European Projects Team.  I have also ran my own successful IT Training Company delivering courses to clients such as PWC and Thomson Reuters' Administration Offices worldwide.

Before that I worked for UNHCR, Geneva, Switzerland, managing the Customer Service Helpdesk, and then working as a Senior Coordinator in the Fund Raising Team.
