Affino is going through a rapid evolution, but given all the feature requests we get, and the innovations we want to roll out, we have to have a very tight focus.
To that end we have four priorities which guide us.
Quality is Job 1 for us. Our primary focus is on improving the experience of every aspect within Affino. That means fixing issues quickly; focusing on usability; embracing web 2.0 interfaces and rolling them out throughout Affino; and reducing the number of clicks wherever possible.
Everything we do is guided by how it can increase revenues for Affino users. To that end we will always prioritise more effective sales and conversion projects. This is seeing a rapid maturing of the commercial elements.
We look to maximize engagement with the customer at every opportunity. This means making the community aspects simple, engaging and comprehensive. Our immediate focus is on rolling out lots of personalisation and targeting capabilities so that users get the most personal and relevant service possible.
We’re looking to integrate Affino with all the leading community, media and commercial sites and services. We have already integrated with a dozen different sites and services, rolled out powerful feed engines and integrated with multiple payment gateways. In the immediate future we will tightly integrate with the leading social sites including Twitter, Facebook and Linked In. This will be followed by integration with the leading online commercial sites including Amazon and eBay as well as the various product comparison sites.
