The Affino Team wishes you a Very Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year!

 

Thank for your continued support in 2024 and we look forward to working with you again in the new year.

 

2024 has been a true milestone year with the introduction of Affino’s first three generations of AI services. Affino’s Support AI is now answering around 90% of questions within seconds, 24/7. The AI Chat service has transformed support, customer services, and indeed is evolving to replace everything from Site Searches through to the fundamentals of the web experience.

 

The tech stack we introduced in 2023 with the advent of Affino 9 has been incredibly robust with minimal downtime and disruptions across all Affino brands this past year, at a time when we hear regular reports of sites being taken offline by AI and bot traffic.

 

2025 is looking to be a banner year for Affino, when we finally introduce the new Control Centre we demoed at the recent Innovation Briefing. We will also be introducing four new AI services including the AI Copilot, Bulk Content AI, AI Agents, and AI Analyst, as well as our next generation AI client interface which combines a conversational AI with article, media and ads in an entirely new experience.

 

Q1 2025 also sees the introduction of the next generation Affino commerce engine, with its deeper Stripe integration, new subscription dashboard, catalogue item health check, and many more great new features. Affino will also see tight integration with Zapier in 2025 opening up a new era for integration between Affino and an additional 7,000+ platforms.

 

The Affino Team is on reduced service between now and the 2nd of January 2025, as the majority of the team is on annual leave. However the technical support team will be online throughout the period to support critical technical issues, and the Affino support team will also be on-hand for critical Affino support issues, but please note that this is a skeleton crew and response times may vary on Affino Support.
