Thank you ever so much for your continued support in 2022 and we look forward to working with you again in the new year.
2022 has been another rollercoaster year for most of us, but on reflection it has turned out much better than it could have been. Had Putin had his way with Ukraine and Moldova - we would have been subsumed into an enlarged Russia, NATO would have retrenched, and Europe would have taken a massive step backwards. Covid could have seen new worse variants, and the global inflation taken off even more than it did, and economic collapse worsened.
In many ways things are improved compared with the year before, even though high inflation and inexorably rising costs of living are creating a real crisis point in the UK and indeed globally.
The Affino Service has evolved steadily over the course of the year with subscriptions, ecommerce, ebooks, analytics, messaging, internationalisation, self-service, and directories.
We’re looking forward to 2023 where we will be further transforming the Affino SaaS, moving to a new generation platform, and evolving the Control Centre to our next generation responsive, light and dark mode, and overall great looking management experience.
The Affino Team is on reduced service between now and the 4th of January 2023, as the majority of the team is on annual leave. However the technical support team will be online throughout the period to support critical technical issues, and the Affino support team will also be on-hand for critical Affino support issues, but please note that this is a skeleton crew and response times may vary on Affino Support.
We hope everyone has a great holiday and we look forward to meeting with you all in person at some point during 2023.
