Affino Gives you More AI Tokens

Affino SaaS now includes millions of AI Tokens for deploying Expert AI services, generating article questions, creating images, seeking assistance, and more.

Everyone has been able to create 50 / 50 AI Prototypes since the first launch of Affino’s Expert AI Services, whereby they could use 50 pieces of content, whether article or forum threads, and ask 50 questions each day of each Prototype. This has been a great help in pushing forward the early development of AI Prototypes on Affino.

Everyone has also benefited from the increasingly capable Affino Support AI, which is powered by exactly the same Expert AI Services and is a great showcase for the quality of answers that can be delivered 

Introducing Monthly AI Tokens

As we continue to bake AI into the core of Affino, we have decided to include millions of AI Tokens in the core monthly service agreement, meaning that each year users can freely use up to 73 million AI tokens to deliver their own AI services, produce original content and deliver exciting new experiences.

Affino SaaS already includes a great number of services in its core, entitling users to send hundreds of thousands of emails, delivery millions of page views, store considerable data and analytics and much more. Affino’s mission has always been to empower our community to the max by including as much as possible within the core service.

After having analysed how many tokens have been used to create Expert AI Service prototypes and launch them, we have identified how many tokens of each type to include in the monthly service so that everyone can launch one or more Expert AI Services over the coming weeks and months.

Included Monthly AI Tokens

• Embedding Tokens - 3 million
• Standard Tokens - 3 million
• Reasoning Tokens - 100,000

Embedding Tokens are used when uploading and generating and index of your content for the AI services.

Standard Tokens are used to provide answers and generate article questions.

Reasoning Tokens will be used for AI Automation, Advanced Expert Services, Analytics and ultimately AI Agents over the coming months.

We will continue to adjust these token levels over the months and years to come, adding more as needed.

AI Service Tiers

Whilst none of the AI Prototypes in development, or AI Services yet launched are exceeding that number of tokens used, we are also introducing additional AI service tiers, with Tier 1 including:

Tier 1 Monthly AI Tokens

• Embedding Tokens - 9 million
• Standard Tokens - 9 million
• Reasoning Tokens - 300,000

Note that different types of Tokens have wildly different underlying costs, which change with high frequency. Some tokens cost 10,000 as much as others, which is why we are splitting them into types and will add more types as we go along.

Note also that we have implemented a standardised approach for the AI Tokens as each different LLM has wildly varying rates, and indeed each version of each different LLM does. This provides stability and certainty to Affino users so that you do not need to be checking on Token pricing and usage on a weekly basis. Where there are future savings we will then pass them through with equal value.
