The Affino AI Journey

We have been waiting for LLM’s and other AI related technologies to break through for some time. In preparation for what we expected to be a Great Leap Forward, we increasingly adopted Amazon AWS and serverless technologies, and adopted Python as one of our primary programming environments and languages.

 

We also migrated most of our tech stack to open source technologies which were most likely to work alongside AI tech as it matured.

 

We ran annual research projects on the state of AI’s and found them to be greatly wanting for what we had in mind.

 

Everything changed for us with the advent of ChatGPT and Midjourney, it was clear now that we were at an inflection point and went all in on bringing AI to the core of Affino’s services.
