Built on Affino’s cutting-edge AI services, it currently resolves about 90% of inquiries flawlessly. Whenever it falls short, the Affino team promptly retrains the guide to improve its accuracy.

 

How Does It Work?

The Affino AI Support Assistant is distinct from our other AI offerings. It is solely focused on maximising user engagement with Affino by answering questions quickly, accurately, and with the necessary depth.

 

We have been astounded by the Support AI’s performance, as it already answers around 90% of Affino support questions—a full year ahead of our original projections. Much of this success is due to Affino’s advanced AI training processes and our robust reporting and notification toolkit, which flags unsatisfactory responses for immediate review.

 

Additionally, the dedicated Affino support team has meticulously developed hundreds of help guides and FAQs to continually train and refine the Support AI.

 

We have big plans for the Affino Support AI. Our current challenge is to shift user behavior so that they prefer using our AI assistant over traditional support forums and static help guides.

 

To achieve this, we are extending the Support AI’s reach in the upcoming Gen 4 version by:

• Adding an “Ask AI” button directly on the support forum
• Enhancing site search with an AI-generated card at the top of every search result
• Embedding the AI directly within help guides by generating relevant questions for each guide

 

We are also integrating the Support AI into the Affino Control Centre, ensuring it’s never more than one click away regardless of where the user is.
